COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION ACT 1985 - SECT 14

14 .         Procedure of arbitrator or umpire

                Subject to this Act and to the arbitration agreement, the arbitrator or umpire may conduct proceedings under that agreement in such manner as the arbitrator or umpire thinks fit.
