COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION ACT 1985 - SECT 13

13 .         Position of person appointed by the Court, etc.

                An arbitrator or umpire appointed pursuant to a power conferred by this Part shall be deemed to have been appointed pursuant to the provisions of the arbitration agreement.
