Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) This Act shall be
read and construed as being in addition to and not in derogation of or in
substitution for any other Act or rule of law for the time being in force in
the State that relates to the duty or liability of persons with respect to
goods or services supplied to a consumer.
(2) This Act shall be
administered by the Minister and, subject to any direction of the Minister, by
the chief executive officer of the Department.
