Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may
make such regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, as he considers
necessary and desirable for the proper administration of this Act or for
achieving the objects and purposes of this Act.
(2) The regulations
may prescribe penalties, not exceeding a fine of $200 in respect of a breach
of any of the regulations.
(3) The regulations
may require that any information, account, document or form required to be
given or furnished thereunder shall be verified by statutory declaration.
