Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Where a body corporate
is convicted of an offence against this Part, every person who at the time of
the commission of the offence was a director or officer concerned in the
management of the corporation and who authorised or permitted the commission
of the offence shall be deemed to have committed the like offence and be
liable to the penalty provided by this Act for that offence.
