Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) There shall be
established a committee to be known as the Consumer Products Safety Committee.
(2) The Committee
shall consist of 7 persons, appointed by the Minister.
(3) Of the
members —
(a) one
shall be an officer of the Department who shall be the Chairman of the
Committee; and
(b) the
remainder shall be persons who in the opinion of the Minister, have expertise
in product safety.
