Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1)(a) After signing
and sealing such certificate of incorporation, the Registrar shall insert a
notice in the Government Gazette stating the issue of such certificate and the
terms thereof.
(b) A
certificate of incorporation given by the Registrar, or a copy thereof
certified as correct under the hand of the Registrar or the Gazette containing
the notice mentioned in paragraph (a) shall be conclusive evidence that
all the requirements of this Act, in respect of registration and of the
matters precedent and incidental thereto, have been complied with, and that
the association is a company authorised to be registered and duly registered
under this Act.
(2) The Registrar may,
if he thinks fit, require a statutory declaration to be made by a legal
practitioner engaged in the formation of the company, or by a person named in
the articles as a director or secretary of the company, and to be filed,
stating that all or any of the said requirements have been complied with, and
may accept such a declaration as sufficient evidence of compliance.
