Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The memorandum and
the articles (if any) shall be filed with the Registrar, and subject to this
Act and on payment of the prescribed fees he shall retain and register them.
(2) The Registrar
shall not register any memorandum and articles (if any) where any of the
signatories thereto are under the age of 21 years.
