CONSTITUTION ACT 1889 - SECT 77
77 . Act to be proclaimed
This Act shall be
proclaimed in Western Australia, by the Governor, within 3 months after he
shall have received official information of the Royal Assent thereto, and
shall commence and, except as provided in section 42 6 , take effect from the
date of such proclamation.
