CONSTITUTION ACT 1889 - SECT 77

77 .         Act to be proclaimed

                This Act shall be proclaimed in Western Australia, by the Governor, within 3 months after he shall have received official information of the Royal Assent thereto, and shall commence and, except as provided in section 42, take effect from the date of such proclamation 1 .
