Consolidated Account shall be permanently charged with all the costs,
charges, and expenses incident to the collection, management, and receipt
thereof; such costs, charges, and expenses being subject nevertheless to be
reviewed and audited in such manner as is directed by the Audit Act 1881
9 , or as may from time to time be directed by any Act of the
Legislature.
