Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts All laws, statutes,
and ordinances which at the commencement of this Act are in force within
the Colony shall until repealed or varied by any Act of the Legislature
continue to be of the same force, authority, and effect as if this
Act had not been passed, except in so far as the same are repugnant to
this Act (in which case they are to that extent hereby amended and
repealed as necessary).
