Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts For the purpose
of constituting the Legislative Assembly, the Governor, before the time
appointed for the first meeting of the Legislative Council and Legislative
Assembly, and thereafter from time to time, as occasion shall require, may in
Her Majesty’s name issue writs under the Public Seal of the Colony for
the general election of members to serve in the Legislative Assembly.
