BUILDING SERVICES (REGISTRATION) ACT 2011 - SECT 28
28 . Revocation of suspension
(1) The Board may, on
the application of a person whose registration is suspended, revoke the
suspension.
(2) The revocation of
a suspension under subsection (1) is effected by written notice given to the
applicant.
(3) If the Board
decides to refuse an application under subsection (1), the Board must give the
applicant written notice of the decision, the reasons for the decision and the
person’s right of review under section 64.
(4) A person whose
registration was suspended by the State Administrative Tribunal may not apply
for the suspension to be revoked for a period of 3 months commencing on the
day the registration was suspended.
(5) The Board must not
revoke a suspension imposed by the State Administrative Tribunal unless the
Board has applied for, and obtained, the approval of the Tribunal to do so.
