Western Australia Ltd to comply with section 22(2)(b) or 30 or
clause 2, 3 or 4 of Schedule 1 9 of the 1990 Act does not
affect the validity or enforceability of any contract, arrangement or other
transaction, and a person dealing with the Bank on any matter is not, and has
never been, bound to inquire whether any such provision has been complied with
in respect of that matter.
