Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts In addition to their
functions and powers under the existing Act, R & I Holdings, the Bank and
the board of directors of the Bank —
(a) have
the respective functions conferred on them by this Part; and
(b) may
do, in the State or elsewhere, all things necessary or convenient to be done
for or in connection with the performance of those functions.
