Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The due payment of
moneys payable by the Treasurer under a guarantee given under section 35
is guaranteed by the State.
(2) Any such payment
is to be made by the Treasurer and charged to the Consolidated Account, and
this subsection appropriates that Account accordingly.
(3) The Treasurer is
to cause to be credited to the Consolidated Account any amounts received or
recovered from the Authority or otherwise in respect of any payment made by
the Treasurer under a guarantee given under section 35.
