BOTANIC GARDENS AND PARKS AUTHORITY ACT 1998 - SECT 30

30 .         Obstruction of park management officers

                A person must not resist, delay or in any way obstruct a park management officer in the performance of his or her functions.

        Penalty: $5 000.
