Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A management plan
prepared under this Part must contain —
(a) a
statement of the policies or guidelines proposed to be followed; and
(b) a
summary of the operations proposed to be undertaken,
in respect of the
designated land to which the management plan applies during the period of
5 years from the time when it is approved or, in the case of a management
plan referred to in section 16(2), prepared.
(2) A management plan
must state the date on which it will expire but despite anything in this
section or in the plan, a plan that would otherwise expire remains in force
until a further plan is approved.
(3) A management plan
must not disclose any information or matter communicated in confidence for the
purposes of this Act or which would or might reasonably be expected to cause
damage to the interests of the person from whom the information was received.
