Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) On the
commencement of this Act the plans known as the King’s Park Bushland
Management Plan 1995-2005 and the King’s Park and Botanic Garden
Framework Plan for the Developed Areas 1996-2006 are together to be regarded
as the management plan applicable to King’s Park.
(2) The Authority
must, within 2 years after land becomes designated land by operation of
paragraph (b) or (c) of the definition of “designated land”
in section 3, prepare and submit to the Minister, for his or her
consideration, a management plan for the land.
(3) A management plan
referred to in subsection (1) or (2) (the
"first management plan") has effect, subject to this section, until a revised
management plan is approved under this Part in respect of the designated land
to which the first management plan applies.
(4) The Minister may,
by notice in writing given to the Authority, modify or add to any provision in
a management plan referred to in subsection (1) or (2), and may vary or
revoke a notice so given.
(5) Section 15(1)
has effect subject to any notice given by the Minister under
subsection (4) for the time being in force.
(6) A copy of a notice
given by the Minister under subsection (4) is to be attached to the copy
of the relevant management plan kept by the Authority under
section 15(2).
