Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Authority must
control and manage the designated land in accordance with the management plans
for the time being applicable to that land.
(2) A copy of each of
the management plans applicable to the designated land is to be kept at the
office of the Authority and is to be made available for inspection by the
public during office hours free of charge.
