BAIL ACT 1982 - SECT 42

42 .         Before whom surety undertaking may be entered into

                A surety undertaking need not be entered into before the surety approval officer who approved the surety but may be entered into before any person before whom the accused for whose appearance the surety is approved might enter into his bail undertaking under section 29.
