BAIL ACT 1982 - SECT 15

15 .         Accused charged with murder, jurisdiction as to bail for

        (1)         Where an accused is in custody for murder, the power to grant bail shall be exercised only by a judge of the Supreme Court, or in the case of an accused who is a child by a judge of the Children’s Court, except —

            (a)         where section 31(2)(d) applies; or

            (b)         to the extent that the Court of Appeal exercises its powers under Part A of Schedule 1.
