Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Any person who is or
has been an analyst as authorised person, or any other officer, shall not be
personally liable in civil proceedings and the Crown in right of the State is
not liable, for any act done or omission made by such person for the purposes
of this Act and in good faith in the course of the exercise or purported
exercise of a power or duty which he had reasonable and probably cause to
believe was conferred or imposed by this Act.
