Western Australian Consolidated Acts In proceedings under
this Act —
(a) a
copy of a notice under section 7 or 8 purporting to be signed by an
authorised person is, without proof of the signature of the person purporting
to have signed the notice or of the fact that he was an authorised person,
sufficient evidence that the notice was signed by that person and that he was
an authorised person; and
(b) a
copy of a report purporting to be signed by an analyst and purporting to
contain the results of an analysis of a sample or specimen taken under this
Act is, without proof of the signature of the person purporting to have signed
the report or of the fact that he was an analyst, sufficient evidence of the
report and of the facts set out therein.
