Western Australian Consolidated Acts A person shall
not —
(a)
refuse or fail to comply with a requirement made by an authorised person
pursuant to section 17 or in response to any such requirement provide
information that is false or misleading in any material particular;
(b) in
any way obstruct or interfere with an authorised person in the discharge of
any of his duties or the exercise of any of his powers under this Act;
(c)
except in accordance with the written authority of an authorised person,
alter, erase, remove, or otherwise render ineffective any identification
required by a direction referred to in section 10;
(d)
retake anything seized or taken under this Act or, except in accordance with
the written authority of an authorised person, move or otherwise deal with
anything seized under section 23.
Penalty: $2 000.
