Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A notice under
section 7(1) or 8 may include a direction that, within a time specified
in the notice, any agricultural produce, animal, plant, food, or other
substance to which the notice relates be labelled, marked, branded, or
otherwise identified in a manner specified in the direction.
(2) A person to whom a
notice containing a direction referred to in subsection (1) is given
shall ensure that the direction is complied with.
Penalty: $2 000.
