AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE COMMISSION ACT 1988 - SECT 21

21 .         Authentication

                Every summons, process, order, notice, statement or advertisement requiring authentication by the Commission may be authenticated without the seal of the Commission if signed by —

            (a)         the chairperson; or

            (b)         a person authorised by the chairperson.
