Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The provisions of
the Financial Management Act 2006 and the Auditor General Act 2006
regulating the financial administration, audit and reporting of statutory
authorities apply to and in relation to the Commission and its operations.
(2) The Commission
shall ensure that each producers’ committee maintains proper accounts
and records of its financial administration and operations in such manner and
form as the Treasurer approves.
