Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A poll conducted
for the purposes of this Act shall be conducted in accordance with the
regulations.
(2) The regulations
may provide that the costs of and expenses relating to a poll shall be
recovered by the Commission from the funds of a producers’ committee.
