Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) For the purposes
of conducting a poll under this Act the Commission shall compile lists of
producers of the agricultural produce in relation to which a producers’
committee is proposed to be or has been established.
(2) A person whose
name is included or omitted from a list compiled under subsection (1) and
who is aggrieved in relation to that fact may apply to the State
Administrative Tribunal for a review of the decision to include or omit the
person’s name.
