AGRICULTURE PROTECTION BOARD ACT 1950 - SECT 8B

8B .         Status of officers and other employees of Board who are members of Senior Executive Service

                Notwithstanding anything in sections 8(1)(l) and 8A, to the extent that there is in the case of a person who is employed under section 8(1)(l) to be an officer or other employee of the Board and who is a member of the Senior Executive Service within the meaning of the Public Sector Management Act 1994  ⁵ an inconsistency between this Act and that Act that Act shall prevail.
