Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) There is hereby
established a body which, when constituted in accordance with this Act and
carrying out the functions conferred by this Act, shall be known as the
Agricultural Practices Board of Western Australia.
(2) The Board shall
have a seal of which all courts and persons acting judicially shall take
judicial notice.
(3) Schedule 1
has effect with respect to the constitution and proceedings of the Board and
of tribunals of the Board.
