Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The funds
available for the purpose of enabling the Board to perform its functions
consist of —
(a)
moneys from time to time appropriated by Parliament; and
(b) any
other moneys lawfully received by, made available to, or payable to, the
Board.
(2) An account called
the Western Australian Agricultural Practices Board Account is to be
established —
(a) as
an agency special purpose account under section 16 of the Financial
Management Act 2006 ; or
(b) with
the approval of the Treasurer, at a bank as defined in section 3 of that
Act,
and the cost of the
administration of this Act is to be paid from that account.
(3) There shall be
credited to the Account established under subsection (2) all moneys to
which subsection (1) refers.
