Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Subject to
subsection (2), a member, or a person appointed as a mediator or to a
committee of the Board, is to be paid out of the funds of the Board such
remuneration and allowances as may be determined by the Minister and agreed
with the Minister to whom the administration of the Public Sector
Management Act 1994 is committed.
(2) A person who is an
employee within the meaning of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 is
entitled to be paid from the funds of the Board only such travelling and
subsistence allowances as the Minister, after consultation with the Minister
to whom the administration of that Act is committed, may from time to time
determine.
