under section 12 as to the payment of costs may be made to take effect at
a specified time or so as to take effect upon default made in complying with
some other order made by a tribunal.
(2) The Registrar
shall cause a copy of an order that makes provision as to the payment of costs
to be given to the person against whom the order is made as soon as is
practicable after it is made, if that person is not present or represented at
the making of the order.
(3) Where a
determination requires the payment of any costs, the Registrar shall, upon
application by a party to the proceedings in which the determination was made
or a person claiming through or under such a party, issue a certified copy of
the record of that determination.
(4) A person to whom
costs are to be paid under such a determination may enforce it by lodging a
certified copy of it, and an affidavit stating to what extent it has not been
complied with, with a court of competent jurisdiction.
(5) When lodged, the
determination is to be taken to be a judgment of the court and may be enforced
accordingly.
