Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may
make regulations not inconsistent with this Act prescribing all such
matters as by this Act are required or permitted to be prescribed, or as
may be necessary or convenient to be prescribed for giving effect to this Act.
(2) Without limiting
the generality of subsection (1), the Governor may make regulations for
the purpose of maintaining grades and standards of fruit and vegetables, at
any stage of their sale or supply.
