ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION ACT 2015 - SECT 105

105 .         Request for refusal of incorporation of new body

        (1)         Where public notice is given under section 104, any person may, in accordance with the terms of the notice, request the Commissioner to decline to incorporate the new body under section 106.

        (2)         A request under subsection (1) must include the reasons for the request.
