ABORIGINAL HERITAGE ACT 1972 - SECT 61
61 . Presumption as to notices
In any proceedings for
an offence against this Act the fact that —
(a) no
notice had been given to the Committee;
(b) no
permission or authorisation had been given by the Registrar;
(c) no
authorisation or consent had been given by the Minister,
in relation to any
place or object to which this Act applies shall be deemed to be proved in the
absence of proof to the contrary.
