ABORIGINAL HERITAGE ACT 1972 - SECT 39C

39C .         Registrar may act on Minister’s behalf

                Subject to section 39B, the functions of the Minister under Part VI in relation to the protection of Aboriginal objects may be carried out by the Registrar on behalf of the Minister.
