Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The quorum to
constitute a meeting of the Committee shall be such as the Committee may from
time to time determine but shall not be less than 5 persons of whom 2 shall be
ex-officio members.
(2) The Minister or
the Chairman may at any time convene a meeting of the Committee, and a meeting
shall be convened by the Chairman within 7 days of the receipt by him of a
written request signed by 2 or more members of the Committee specifying the
business in respect of which the meeting is to be convened.
(3) The Committee
shall hold such meetings as are necessary for the performance of the functions
of the Committee, or to give effect to any special or general direction of the
Minister.
