Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts An appointment made
under a written law or by the Auditor General under the Financial
Administration and Audit Act 1985 , and subsisting immediately before the
commencement of this Act, of a person to carry out all or part of an audit is
to be regarded as having been made by the Auditor General under
section 29.
