AUDITOR GENERAL ACT 2006 - SECT 38
38 . Appointment of independent auditor for the OAG
(1) The Auditor
General is not to carry out audits under Part 3 Division 1 in relation to the
OAG.
(2) The Governor may
appoint an auditor who is a registered company auditor under the
Corporations Act (the independent auditor ) to carry out audits in relation to
the OAG.
