Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The provisions of
this Division extend to information that is the subject of a notice under the
Financial Management Act 2006 section 82(1).
(2) If the Minister
decides that it would not be in the public interest for information mentioned
in subsection (1) to be disclosed and advises the Auditor General of that
decision, the Auditor General is not to include the information in a report to
Parliament.
