Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A copy of a report
transmitted to the Clerk of a House of Parliament under section 24(4) or
25(4) is taken to have been laid before the House.
(2) The laying of a
copy of a report before a House that is taken to have occurred under
subsection (1) is to be reported to the House by the Clerk, and recorded
in the Votes and Proceedings or Minutes of Proceedings, on the first sitting
day of the House after the receipt of the copy.
