Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Auditor
General is to determine whether a fee is to be charged for an audit carried
out by the Auditor General under this Division and, if so —
(a) the
amount of that fee; and
(b) the
person or body who or which is liable to pay that fee.
(2) A fee determined
under subsection (1)(a) is to be paid by the person or body determined
under subsection (1)(b).
