Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) An agency special
purpose account called the Account of The Art Gallery of Western Australia
Foundation (in this section referred to as the Account ) is established under
section 16 of the Financial Management Act 2006 to which moneys
received by the Foundation are to be credited.
(2) All expenditure
incurred by the Foundation for the purposes of performing its functions shall
be charged to the Account.
(3) Moneys standing to
the credit of the Account are subject to the directions of the Board and may
be transferred to the Board for the purposes of carrying this Act into effect
or otherwise applied for the purposes of the Board or the Foundation.
