Western Australian Consolidated Acts The Board shall
conduct its proceedings in such manner as may be prescribed and until
prescribed, as the Board determines, but in any case —
each member including
the person presiding at a meeting is entitled to one vote only on the
determination of any question;
5 members constitute a
quorum for the conduct of business;
the majority of the
votes of the members present determines all questions, but if the votes in
favour equal votes against the motion, the motion shall be deemed lost.
