Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The chairman, or
the vice chairman in the absence of the chairman, shall preside at all
meetings of the Board.
(2) When the chairman
or vice chairman are absent from any meeting the appointed members present at
the meeting shall elect an appointed member from among those present to
preside at the meeting and the person so elected has during the absence of the
chairman all the powers of the chairman.
