Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Without affecting any
other liability of any person under this Act or otherwise, a company or other
body corporate shall be liable to the penalty for an offence under this Act as
if it were a private person; and every person who, being a director, manager,
secretary or other officer of that company or other body corporate, aided,
abetted, counselled or procured the commission of that offence shall also be
liable to the penalty for that offence.
