Western Australian Consolidated Acts Any person
who —
(a)
without lawful excuse, wilfully obstructs, hinders or resists an inspector or
authorised person in the exercise or performance of his powers, duties or
functions under this Act;
(b)
without lawful excuse, refuses or wilfully fails to comply with any lawful
requirement of an inspector or authorised person under this Act;
(c)
wilfully makes any false statement to or misleads, or attempts to mislead an
inspector or authorised person in the exercise or performance of his powers,
duties or functions under this Act; or
(d)
assaults or uses abusive language to an inspector or authorised person, or a
person assisting an inspector or authorised person,
commits an offence.
Penalty: $2 000.
